Every question is written by an IB examiner
Daniel Whitfield
IB Biology teacher since 2012, examiner for HL Paper 2, and IBDP science coordinator.
Built different, on purpose.
It teaches, not just tests.
- One continuous path per subject
- Question banks tell you what you got wrong
It adapts to you.
- Kori remembers your conversation, the Workbench remembers your drafts
- Analyse mode reads your working, not an answer key
It fits your actual life.
- Audio when your eyes are done, duels when studying alone feels impossible
- Five-minute card lessons, for six subjects, an EE, TOK and a life
What DP students say
Now, I practice Paper 1 questions from Koncepts the way they're supposed to be without a calculator. The markscheme shows exactly where the method marks lie.
Then I got introduced to Koncepts. What it did for me was convert my flashcards into short audiobooks.
So when I go back to my notes, I know what I need to practice. I'm not just reading everything again and again and hoping I'm ready.
Questions students actually ask.
What's actually free?
The first two subtopics in each of the first three units of every subject, with lessons, notes, cheatsheets and quizzes, plus 5 AI messages per session and 3 duels a day. The free content never expires and you can replay it forever. It's a real sample, not a trial that dies in 7 days.
Does Pro have any limits at all?
No. Pro removes every cap: all lessons, the full Library, unlimited AI chat, unlimited duels. There are no hidden feature gates behind the four unlocks.
Will the AI just do my homework for me?
No, and that's the point. Help mode guides you to the answer step by step and won't skip ahead of your understanding. If you want your finished work checked, Analyse mode marks it like an examiner. You do the work; Koncepts makes sure it's right.
Is the EE/TOK Workbench allowed under IB rules?
The Workbench gives feedback on your own drafts, like a supervisor or peer reviewer would, and keeps every version so your work's evolution is visible, not hidden. It never writes your essay for you. Always follow your school's academic integrity policy on AI use, and acknowledge AI assistance where your school requires it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one tap and you keep Pro until the end of what you've paid for. No lock-in, no “call us to cancel.”
Can my parents pay?
Yes, share the checkout link with them, or subscribe on the web with their card. The subscription attaches to your student account either way.
Which subjects are covered?
Open any subject from the DP catalogue and its full syllabus path is visible before you pay, HL and SL, so you can check your exact combination is there rather than take our word for it. More subjects ship continuously.
I bought Pro on my phone, does it work on the web?
Yes. Koncepts runs on web, Android and iOS, one account, every device. Buy anywhere, unlocked everywhere.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments on the web, plus whichever local methods are available in your country, the checkout page shows the full list before you pay. In the mobile apps, purchases go through App Store and Google Play billing.
